Favorite Brewery by State: Idaho

Discussion

Idaho is up next. They host about 100 breweries in the state, which ranks them 32nd. But they're 10th with 7.1 breweries per capita. Idaho is the #1 producer of barley in the U.S. and the #2 producer of hops (trailing only Washington). If I had planned this better, I would have posted Idaho on April 1st because, since 2017, the Governer of Idaho declared April ""National Craft Beer Month"". Mountain Brewers Beer Fest has taken place for 31 years with the next event taking place on June 6, 2026.

Even if nobody follows them....at least be aware of the rules of this super official, super prestigious, definitely binding polling process:

Drop your favorite brewery in the state, and the one with the most upvotes wins!

To help crown a clear winner, please upvote breweries already listed instead of duplicating.
