It looks like if you are travelling on a Vline train there are no reserved tickets during April, since it's a free travel period.

This is different during the last free travel period as you were still required to "buy"/reserve a ticket to travel on a train, but now it's essentially going to be a free for all on trains.

At least that's what the person at the Southern Cross ticket desk said this morning.
