This is different during the last free travel period as you were still required to "buy"/reserve a ticket to travel on a train, but now it's essentially going to be a free for all on trains.

At least that's what the person at the Southern Cross ticket desk said this morning.

Holy shit this is like the 4th time I've willingly ranked up to diamond and it's abysmal.

Anyone else using or have used that site? Last survey I got from them was mid October last year and I haven't heard anything since.

My objective had some of my permissions removed to upload stuff and I couldn't open Adobe anymore, it's a low priority 4 ticket, so if it takes longer than a couple of days my higher up is gonna get pissy...

I ask this because I haven't gotten any of my last 3 gift cards from them that I've redeemed which is a bit worrying.

Thought they might have blacklisted me or something but wouldn't they just suspend my account instead?

I should shoot them an email soon but wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

I could for some locals but not for others, wasn't able to find an definitive answer elsewhere online.
