Don't give away your "Secret Sauce" prompts during interviews (My experience with Intango)

We all know the "Technical Test" can be a bit much, but I just witnessed a new level of IP theft.

I developed a high-performing filtering system for fraud and bot-traffic detection using specific AI prompts. During an interview process with an AdTech company, they "reviewed" my logic for nearly two weeks. No hire, just data extraction.

It’s a classic "Burn and Turn" strategy: invite seniors, take their logic, let the juniors implement it, and reject the candidate.

Has anyone else dealt with this specific company or similar practices recently? I’ve officially moved to a "Results-Only" presentation for all future interviews. No contract, no prompt.
