Eadem sakura shaved ice

I was so excited to get this but when I tried it on it looked so sheer and I feel like it just makes my lips look pale. Does anyone else have this problem? I have a light-medium complexion and my lips are two toned but they’re not that pigmented… every video I saw on Tiktok talks about the pretty color payoff but I’m not seeing it 😭
