I just bought the Jackery 5000 Plus, now I need some panels. Help!

Solar Panel

I live in a hurricane-prone area. I'm not in a flood zone, but I always lose power when the storms come. I bought a Jackery 5000 to prepare myself ahead of time. I'm basically using it for a Refrigerator, smaller appliances (coffee, etc), computers, phones, etc. Also if I want to run a portable AC for a few hours here and there, so I bit the bullet with the 5000 Plus. With panels, I want a N-Cell and not flexible. It has to handle the hot humid sun. The Jackery SolarSaga 500X looked good on paper, but there seems to be a lot of talk about the accordion aspect of it and I don't want to end up rigging it flat with poles. I want something I can just take out of a case, unfold and plus in. The Zoupw 450w looks good, I would buy 2 of them, but they have been out of stock. What else should I look at? I have been racking my brains for days and pretty overwhelmed.
