Warning about a bug with the sanctums (another one)

I found another bug.

I took the sealed cube with me before I finished the witch for the sanctuary/Sanctum, but I had cleared it beforehand. Now I can't use the cube or put it in the device by use the ability—only the tip fits and works.

In other words, it doesn't matter whether you clear the sanctuary before the Witchquest or later. The main thing is that you don't use the two items (the tip of the mini tower and the cube) or seal them in the Kuku pot. First, complete the Witchquest—or rather, encounter and unlock her—and then ring the sanctuary bell using those two items.
