Help with gaia pole

Off the pole

so I've been pole dancing for a bit casually, and was trying to more seriously get into it on my own time, I decided to buy a stage pole so I'd have potential opportunities to bring a pole where I'd need to perform or otherwise.

after looking I decided on gaia pole, they seemed to have good reviews and I loved the design of their stage pole, and so I got one of them.

Come to receive it and it turned out to be about 3 inches too tall for my apartment. I contacted them and asked for a custom piece, they said no problem. after a bit of back and forth I was able to give them the measurements, and was given a link to pay for it. I paid (about 300CAD) and was told to wait.

it's been 2-3 months, and it's been absolute radio silence from them, I've tried emailing the advisor I've had to help me, emailing their general support, emailing otherwise, and finally calling their support number.

All of which have either not responded (emails) or the automated system wouldint work, it kept saying "I don't understand" and froze.

Im wondering if anyone has any advice on how to either get in contact at all with them, or be able to fully set up my current 3 pieces (if anyone has any idea I'd be thrilled to know). at the moment I can't really use the pole as it's the height of me, I can't climb, I can't do most grips, inverts or anything.

I just want any advice so I'm not out 2k and so I can pole. I really don't want to have this be what makes me stop.
