Having Breakfast every day feels like a cheat code

I have a consistent breakfast for the first time since leaving home...19 years ago. After I didn't have mom making me breakfast every day I just never adulted hard enough to manage to make myself breakfast.

Usually I just skipped it and then snacked way way way too much later in the day.

But I've been buying these frozen açai bowls that come with a little granola pack and then topping them with 4oz Greek yogurt and a sliced banana. I admit it's a little like having dessert for breakfast but it seems to be fairly nutrient-dense.

440 calories, which admittedly is a lot, but I won't eat again until dinner and I'm still having trouble getting up to 1200 cal a day. Been hovering somewhere closer to 1000 cal since I've been tracking.

Wanted to add a pic of the prepared açai bowl because it's gorgeous but I guess we can't add pics here?
