Video meetings keep freezing

We have a 800mps plan and are based out of New Hampshire. Gaming is fine, streaming is fine, all devices are fine EXCEPT video calls. All services from Zoom to Google Meets freeze about every 30min or so. We are getting the constant 800 download and roughly 40 upload but even hardwired directly to the router, video calls still don’t work. I need this for my at home job so please help.
