MRI and lumbar puncture and general anxiet

I had the MRI and got the results. They seem to confirm the diagnosis, I have a lumbar puncture tomorrow to confirm I suppose. I am extremely anxious about the lumbar puncture. To the point I had to stop reading stories about it.

I find this all a little overwhelming and I don’t think I know what I should be asking my neurologist- I am lucky that I have a good one. I’ve been seeing him for migraines for about 6 years now.

Is there anything I really need to focus on? What do I ask about the treatments. Like I said I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed.
