Solo traveler seeking one fancy-ish, interesting meal in/walkable from Belleville

I usually stick to very casual--and wonderful--Middle Eastern, North African, and (South)east Asian restaurants when I visit, but would like to treat myself to one vaguely upscale meal that's in/walkable from the 19th/20th. Open to various cuisines, don't care about Michelin stars. I'm curious about Kubri, but would appreciate other suggestions :)
