Inspection Just Before Warranty Expires?

I read on another sub about someone who took their EV in for a pre-warranty-expiration inspection. It saves them 15k in repairs that were then done within the warranty period.

Has anyone done this?

I would imagine that as a corporate policy Tesla wouldn’t encourage this, but perhaps some service centers are happy to do it?

Anyone have any experience with this?
