They were in a room, then - magically with ChatGPT - they were on a beach, and other places. It was pretty amazing.

Who has a link?

I need to show a doubter.

How reliable / responsive is the Detroit area Rivian service? How has your experience been?

I posted about a year ago and now we’re looking at a used R1…. We’ve been through the Tesla “sorry no parts for the next few months” experience when Tesla was still newish, and we’d hate to repeat that.

Thoughts?

Hello everyone,

We’re looking for a test prep / tutor for our 7th grader, to prepare for the 9th grade Cass Tech etc entrance exam next fall.

Like all kids, finding that fit between the teacher / student is the most importantly part.

We’re looking at the local / usual suspects tutoring services of course, but feel like we need to widen the search.

Any leads wound be appreciated. We’re east side - but of course anywhere excellent works for us : )

Thank you, Detroit!

I read on another sub about someone who took their EV in for a pre-warranty-expiration inspection. It saves them 15k in repairs that were then done within the warranty period.

Has anyone done this?

I would imagine that as a corporate policy Tesla wouldn’t encourage this, but perhaps some service centers are happy to do it?

Anyone have any experience with this?

I’m a bit worried.

My son and I watched Hustle last night and loved it. What compares?

I remember watching Hoosiers a decade or so back and thought it was kind of hokey, even though I’d walk twenty miles through a blizzard to vote for Gene Hackman to be dog catcher even if it wasn’t my town. It would have to be near to my town, but I’d make that walk. I’m make it any day of the week. I’m make it right now if it were snowing.

So are we gonna go out there and find this best basketball movie or are we going to sit on our arses and wish we had? I say we stand up, stick our heads out of the window and declare - declare I say - our favorites.

I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro Max.

If I write an entry with a family photo and press Done neither the entry nor the photo will not show up in the List or Calendar as an entry.

If I put in the same entry WITHOUT a photo it acts normally and accepts the entry.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

My father in law has a panel and battery system that operates but doesn’t give him the readouts that he wants.

The display that should show this is inoperable and the original company is too busy with new installs to troubleshoot existing systems that aren’t down / inoperable.

Can anyone recommend an engineer or solar technician or company that would take on this type of service?

He wants to expand his system but wants to “fix” this part of his phase 1.

Thoughts?

I wear a wide set of glasses with a larger but not huge lens -

So far I habit had much finding a bigger over the glasses / OTG solution.

Is anyone in the same boat and solved for this?

Thanks : )

Where should we live in Montreal / Où devrait-on habiter à Montréal?

Our son is 12 years old and we’d love to find a neighborhood with other kids / Notre fils a 12 ans et on aimerait trouver un quartier où il y a d’autres enfants.

Our backgrounds are in the arts / Nos parcours sont dans les arts.

Merci!

Going tonight to the Detroit show - does he use an opener / what time does he go on after published time?

In Detroit the ticket says 7pm, the venue website says 8pm and if there’s an opening act maybe it’s 9pm?

Thoughts?
