Curious about symptoms and what others would do.

So a couple days before my period I get really breathy and dizzy realised last time it was period related and connected those dots. Now I wanna ask what others would do/ have done if in my situation where the day of period I end up in bed day one - five heavy and dizzy every time I stand. Like at what point does one admit defeat and go to a&e because I always feel too dramatic at even the thought so wondered what other people go through and also if they can actually do anything? Asking well before I’m due on so I can at least have a plan in mind so I don’t have a breakdown again on day one at the sight of the blood and the panic of everything coming. The nausea and not eating, dizziness, breathlessness kinda, let alone the pain of not being able to move… I know if I saw someone else I’d say why aren’t you in hospital but I also know there’s a chance they’ll do nothing. Waiting on referral and trialing BC but it’s a struggle.
