I’m meant to be going to another country on Friday and honestly this could be me just having a panic and not knowing what to do… obviously I have endo and my periods are hell like can’t move barely walk to the bathroom and back when it’s bad. I got spotting today and am on birth control which is a problem I can discuss with my GP once I’m back but I’m immediately nervous and don’t want to go especially as nothing really controls my pain the BC has when this has happened made it more tolerable but the thought of being completely alone in a foreign country where i don’t speak the language more than very very basic conversation just is slightly terrifying me and I want to know what other people

My piercing is 4/5 years old and for about 6-12 months now it’s been irritated AF.. it’s not swollen and I’m fairly certain by now I’d know if it’s infected. I use the neilmed spray once a day to try and soak the crusty bits and obviously just normal warm water in the shower it’s got a 14g barbell that fits correctly. No accidents or snags to note. I did start hormonal contraception though around a similar time so wondered if the hormones could be causing it to flair as the other side gets it a tiny bit but hardly anything in comparison. Just annoying because I really like them and if I took them out I’d never get them pierced again but I’m so fed up of the irritation just don’t know what el
So I’m new to birth control and on month two of the nuvaring and I’ve been advised to keep it in for 28 days then change it and skip the bleed due to endo and pcos… now I’ve had spotting for a couple days as well as starting getting mild cramping today and while I know the answer is probably take it out for three days and then put it back in I’d really rather not as I have plans this weekend and up until the pain I had fully planned to just pop the new one in and let spotting happen and re evaluate in a week but now I’m wondering if this is more risky and more likely for me to just end up with pain even if it is less than a period for longer or if I’ll just start anyway etc… any advice or th
So a couple days before my period I get really breathy and dizzy realised last time it was period related and connected those dots. Now I wanna ask what others would do/ have done if in my situation where the day of period I end up in bed day one - five heavy and dizzy every time I stand. Like at what point does one admit defeat and go to a&e because I always feel too dramatic at even the thought so wondered what other people go through and also if they can actually do anything? Asking well before I’m due on so I can at least have a plan in mind so I don’t have a breakdown again on day one at the sight of the blood and the panic of everything coming. The nausea and not eating, dizziness, bre
So I have terrible hip and pelvic pain all the time but especially around my period and my osteopath suggested a si support belt to help me feel more secure. Has anyone tried this? As someone a little over weight has anyone tried the maternity ones as I feel like it would also help the terrible stomach muscle pain from the intense cramps I get… waiting on a gynecology appointment so it’s not intended long term just something to get me through as having this plus pcos plus hypermobility and chronic pain is just shit.
