PRT union fleecing taxpayers

PRT drivers start at $23.50 an hour and with a special agreement for the Draft, some of the veteran drivers will be making $90 an hour on overtime.

The union believes the draft is an important event for the region, (union president Ross) Nicotero said, and it wanted to cooperate with PRT to make sure it can provide the service needed to make it a success.

I get making sure people don’t call off, but paying drivers double just to go to work seems like an absolute disservice to taxpayers, from both sides.
