We are staying in Valetta and my partner and I plan to walk most places, but what’s an alternative way to get around? I love public transit but it sounds like buses aren’t super reliable. For example, if we end up taking a walk after dinner and drinks in Sliema late at night and want to get back to our hotel what’s the best option?

I have mixed feelings about LeBron joining the Sixers.
With Embiid, our duo of young guards in Maxey and Edgecomb, the recent Brown trade, and now Anfernee Simons joining the club, a potential LeBron signing could realistically mean the Sixers would vie for their first championship in more than 40 years.
But does anyone else feel like it would be similar to KD joining the Warriors after they had already gone 72-9? Or like the Dodgers basically buying a World Series?
I know the NBA is a business and free agency is part of that business, but I think there’s something to be said about drafting the right mix players, adding a couple missing pieces via free agency, and winning a championship
Has anyone transitioned to the new ReadyFare card? All I’ve heard are horror stories about them not working, not enough machines, and difficult to use/understand.
PRT drivers start at $23.50 an hour and with a special agreement for the Draft, some of the veteran drivers will be making $90 an hour on overtime.
The union believes the draft is an important event for the region, (union president Ross) Nicotero said, and it wanted to cooperate with PRT to make sure it can provide the service needed to make it a success.

I get making sure people don’t call off, but paying drivers double just to go to work seems like an absolute disservice to taxpayers, from both sides.
I know we all love to bitch, but I haven’t seen the city’s response to snow this poor in years.
I have to take my first RMD from an inherited account before the end of the year.
Should I set up a brokerage account with the financial management company my father had or just have them deposit the amount into my bank account (from where I’ll probably invest in SPY or VOO)?
It’s going to count as income so for tax purposes it’s going to be a liability either way.
From PRT:
The Monongahela Incline is set to reopen at 5 p.m. to welcome riders back following final inspections and receiving approval from state oversight agencies, Pittsburgh Regional Transit announced today.
The incline, which has been closed since November 1, returns to service following extensive testing, repairs, and regulatory review. The reopening comes after PRT submitted a final report to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry and PennDOT’s State Safety Oversight office and successfully completed all required inspections.
“The Mon Incline isn’t just a way up and down Mount Washington - it’s part of our regional identity,” said PRT CEO Katharine Kelleman. “After thoroug
I (43M) have been happily married for several years, but I was recently thinking about my first college girlfriend and tried looking her up online. It appears that she (46F) is also married and lives about an hour from me. We only dated for a few months 25 years ago before I met my wife. The thing is she has no social media presence and I can’t find her email address, so I guess I would have to send her snail mail letter letting her know I hope she’s happy and doing well and whenever I think about that time in my life I think about her. WIBTAH if I reach out or should I just keep this all to myself?
Shame on the local news for not covering this
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (June 27, 2025) – Pittsburgh Regional Transit’s Board today approved the agency’s Fiscal Year 2026 operating and capital budgets.
The $539.3 million operating budget assumes a 35% service cut and 9% fare increase in 2026, however PRT’s decision to cut service and raise fares will hinge on any new funding for public transit in the state’s FY26 budget.
While the budget fulfills statutory requirements under the Second Class County Port Authority Act, it reflects current revenue projections and the financial constraints the agency faces as state funding discussions continue in Harrisburg.
PRT CEO Katharine Kelleman emphasize
Long story short: I was on a checking/savings account with my parents. After my mother's death my dad fell ill and I was managing the account on the mobile app under my dad's name. During this time, I purchased two 6-month CDs totaling about $10,000. A few months later, my father died and I called to inquire about closing the CDs (they automatically rolled over). Once TD learned that my father had died they locked my access to the app and now there's $10,000 that I can't access. How do I gain access and close the account? What documents might I need?
I for one am super glad PRT is taking a strong stance against this idiotic proposal from a lawmaker from Bedford County.

Again, I am not a developer, but I manage a team that manages our company's website that uses Optimizely CMS. Our current website was built on Episerver and we are we recently hired a developer to upgrade the site to a newer version (of Optimizely) as well as modernize it a bit. We only have one developer license. Can I/how do I allow an off-site third party company to develop the new site without buying a second license? Is that possible? My company is cheap and won't buy the additional Optimizely Find. Is there native search functionality within Optimizely that the developer can deploy? Thanks for your help!!
Hi all! New Hamilton x Engineered Garments owner here. The band at the clasp doesn't seem to be pressed down all the way and is rattles. I'm on the middle micro adjustment if that matters at all. I don't know if this is new or not. It's been happening since I had links taken out and have been able to wear it. It's not a huge deal but it is annoying for a $1,000 watch. Does anyone know if this is a known issue, if it's normal, and best yet - if there's a way to fix it? Thanks!
Tell me why I'm going to lose $500 on $97.5 calls with 0dte when the market opens
The full-body scanner - the tube style where you place your feet over the marks on the floor and lift your hands over your head - always shows a red square over my dick and I have to get pat down. I usually wear boxer briefs and sweats when traveling (no zippers). I don't have any piercings or metal objects up my ass. I'd say this happens 9/10 times I fly. It's become a joke at this point. I get the little pat down and they waive me through. Any idea what could cause this?
