Cat fell and is hiding

My cat (1F) fell maybe three feet and it really spooked her. She hid for 20 minutes then gently came out walked a little and mostly laid on the floor before hiding again.

She came out of hiding for a treat. She was puring and let me pet her before she hid again and then walked/jumped onto a perch and look out a window. And stay in her blanket but she looks at me like don't pet me even though she lets me sniff.

Sorry if I'm over explaining but should I be worried

Tldr: cat seems ok but distant right now not even an hour but promising signs?
