Grey’s anatomy is scaring me 😭

YIKES!!!

I’m having a super DR day after being extremely overstimulated last night and hardly sleeping.

I’m sitting here watching greys which I’ve been doing the last few days but suddenly there was one scene that just sent me over the moon. Sometimes I get second hand embarrassment when I think about tv shows and how it’s all a set and people are acting. Normally that thought is fine ?? But that scene did something to me, it wasn’t even a bad scene lol

But my brain went oh they’re actors but then I started thinking about how strange that is and then it started to feel not real and the longer I watched the worse it got. I don’t think that’s ever happened to me 😭 it was genuinely scaring me because it just felt so fake and flat and far away.

Anyways a wise guy said “turn this tv off” and I did that.
