Symmetrical Internet coming soon?

I see Comcast is scheduled to do some work in my area. I sent a mod mail with my address. Does this mean symmetrical will be available soon? I sure hope so!!!

I've been seeing some really small packet loss since I got the last modem from Comcast, from what I read this could be caused by the testing for the new tiers.
