Used 2021 SE- Advice On Buying

Ill be traveling 2 hrs away to check out a 2021 Rav 4 Prime SE with 89k miles. The mileage is pretty high for the year, but overall im not too worried about it. The dealer is asking $24k- i think its a reasonable deal but there's certainly some minor cosmetic issues i saw in the pictures that they didnt mention, and im hoping to talk it down some more.

According to Toyota, it hasn't had the cable recall done yet.

Will the factory Toyota warranties carry on with the vehicle? Im mostly concerned about the 8 yr/ 100k hybrid warranty as it would cover the cable for this vehicle.

Is there anything specific I should be looking for with this car?

My wife and I have only ever purchased older vehicles straight out. This will be our largest vehicle purchase, but we have a newborn and I think its well justified. We will be paying cash, thanks to a no interest family loan.
