Can I order an Uber for someone and make him pay?

Without telling the story, there is a person who needs help to get to work using taxi for the next few weeks. Uber services are the cheapest and the most convinient. I'm ordering the uber using my account, but of course the payment is done using my card. And then that person has to send me this money back. Is there any way to:
I order the uber using my account but make that person pay? He does not want to make his own account.
