Reviewing my Spain Schengen cover letter – no travel history, strong docs otherwise. Any suggestions?
Hey everyone,
I'm applying for a short-stay Spain Schengen tourist visa from Pakistan and I've drafted my cover letter. Attaching it here for feedback.
Quick context:
- **No prior travel history** (first-time international applicant)
- Employment letter + approved leave in order
- Bank statements showing sufficient funds
- Flight and hotel bookings confirmed
- Full itinerary prepared
I know the no travel history part is the weakest point of my application, so I'm trying to make sure the cover letter does as much heavy lifting as possible.
Would really appreciate if anyone who's been through a similar situation (especially from Pakistan) could take a look and point out anything I should add, change, or remove. Particularly curious whether I'm addressing the ties-to-home-country angle strongly enough.
Thanks in advance!
