Urinary Issue what to do while waiting and did you have similar story?

6 or 7 year old spayed female cat. Medical history includes hind leg amputation due to broken metatarsal bones. Nothing else significant.

Current situation: two nights ago I noticed her frequenting the litter box. Producing small amounts of urine, clumps the size of water bottle cap or sometimes just drops. Occasionally it’ll be slightly bigger but not always. She was given Centrine and Simplicef until culture result. Urinalysis showed blood and protein on her urine. No crystals seen. Awaiting culture in another 3 days. She doesn’t cry while she’s peeing, but will occasionally before she heads to the box but it’s more off a “oh no” kind of meow lol.

She’s still not producing a lot of urine at once. Eating normal. Temperament is more reserved and she’s just staying in one room right now. She just seems sad and uncomfortable I guess.
What do I do or what do you guys think?
