cat still not eating after visiting the vet

Poster Age: 18+.

Country: saudi arabia.

Vet info: i already went to multiple vets.

Main Issue: not eating.

Cat Age: 6.

Cat Sex + neuter info: neutered male.

Financial situation: can afford but not for much longer.

this started when i gave my cat to someone to take care of while have house renovation, my cat didn't eat and drink for 2 days.
1st vet visit (clinic no.1) temp is a little high got antibiotic, when i got home my cat has eaten and drank lots of water and then antibiotic, this is the last time he's eaten normally.
2nd vet visit (clinic no.1) did blood work BUN 76.4/ CRE 4.12, vet gave me renalof , oralade and ornipural.
3rd vet visit (clinic no.2 vet no.1) did xray and sdma, xray showed that my cat had constipation and stayed at the clinic for 11days.
stayed at home for 3 days trying to eat but drops the food out of his mouth
4th vet visit (clinic no.2 vet no.2) checked his teeth they were good and got b12 and k1 shots.
i asked a friend about family's cat that had similar symptoms, it was depressed is it possible that my cat is depressed?
is there anything that i forgot to check?
