Memorial Weekend, I want to smoke some Cardiff Crack. Any tips?

I have an old Traeger my father in law was getting rid of and gave to us. I've smoked pork butts many times, smoked a turkey for thanksgiving but have yet to try and smoke some beef.

I want to try smoking some Cardiff Crack (possibly the Stater Bros rip off version of it). Curious if anyone has experience. Let me know what works and what doesn't.
