Anyone used PodPoint? Waiting for 2 weeks after uploading initial photos

Hey!

I've ordered a Pod Point Solo 3S through my workplace salary sacrifice scheme.

Made the order 2 weeks ago on the Pod Point site and sent the pics of what my fuse board etc looked like on the same day.

They sent an email saying they'll contact me to arrange the site visit and that it usually takes up to 5 working days.

I called them last week since nobody contacted me - they said a Project Manager will call you.

I called them again today as it's been 2 weeks and they just said sorry and to wait.

Am I being too annoying by calling every week to ask for when they'll come to survey the area? I understand it takes a few weeks to schedule the actual install but we haven't even gotten to the site survey visit yet.

Or does it usually take this long? Anyone got experience using Pod Point?

Got a car coming in 3 months time and just getting a bit anxious in case they have to unloop my supply and if that would also take time.
