YouTube refuses to remove possible scam/malware ad

I just got my post taken down because apparently the bot is stupid. So I'm reposting but this time without the image.

YouTube keeps pushing me an ad with a fake iPhone popup saying that my phone is out of memory and I should install some memory cleaner app which I know is fake.

The problem is I've already reported this ad countless times. It disappears for a few days but then always comes back. Today I reported it again and it comes back less than an hour later.

These kinds of ads will trick you into downloading an app to clean the phone then push you to pay for the actual ability to clean it. Very often it will present false memory usages and then pretty much do nothing after.

I am concerned that there will be people tricked into downloading the app because they do not know better. And the worse part is, YouTube is not doing it's part when there are complaints.
