Nic sick every time?

So I was a regular nic pouch user for 6 months (to quit vaping), then I quit nicotine all together for a month or two.

I returned to pouches a few days ago, and even at 1/4 of my previously normal dose I get nic sick and vomit every time. I'm only using 3mg ffs and have vomited 3 days in a row, even when I take the pouch out as soon as I start feeling it.

Anyone else have this issue or any advice?

I don't use any other substances btw besides occasion weed and no health issues
