Dying in Breach Fortresses will set the Map to be emtpy besides the Boss and not able to complete it.

I made the Breach Fortress, got to the Boss, got randomly oneshot and still had 3 retries on the Map.

I got respawned at the entrance, the map was empty and my objecrives were rest too, with there being no Breach Hives to finish.

So i kill the Boss, and am left with an empty map i cannot finish which counts as attempted.

Pretty annoying 😞
