I love looking at UI elements in trailers to see what they're thinking of implementing, and so I scrubbed through the [Gameplay Introduction video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVMg1Ub-6-Y) for any little details I could find.

Summons have Types now, indicated by an icon. Ifrit's element is Fire (of course), and it seems he's good at Staggering (in lieu of damage?). There's also a Magic Pot summon!

Vincent's field action can target multiple breakable objects, and if he hits a high enough count, it can increase rare drops, or the chance of getting them.

Vincent's unique command in combat can change depending on the circumstances, and at one point "Retribution" becomes "Retribution Prime" for a moment during an attack he's doing, like perfectly timed triggers.

In his Galian Beast form, it looks like Vincent's HP limit is reduced, as shown by the red glint on his HP bar. He also builds up a small meter denoted by the red circle next to his parameters, a white bar circling slowly around it.

Vincent has "Galian Blade," "Reckoning," and "Focused Fire," as abilities. The latter probably follows tradition like Focused Thrust, Strike, and Shot being for ramping up Stagger.

Cid has "Dragoon Jump," "Rising Dragoon," and "Focused Charge" as abilities. The latter probably working as mentioned with others bearing the "Focused" nomenclature. Hopefully one of his jumps lets him avoid attack like other iconic dragoons.

Cid also has "Mark Lance" as his unique combat ability, whatever that means! Does he mark a target with his lance, maybe to jump quickly to, even in the air? Who knows!

But in the air, that changes to "Jump"!

And Cid's has a Limit Break called "Draconic Devastator," and later in the video seems.

The equipment screen shows three equipped summon materia at the top.

The emblem on Cloud's folio is shown with their gear setup.

Also "Equipment Presets" key prompt in the corner! Finally some loadouts!

A step above FFXV and FFVII Rebirth's party menu area where characters just stand against a wall, now the inactive team looks like they get to chill out big time.

Of course, in a job-adjacent system, the default for characters is "Freelancer". Also, changing Cloud's "Fit" did not directly alter his stats.

When Tifa is in her Black Mage fit, there is a little icon to match next to her parameters.

Cloud's parameters gets a 1, 2, 3, next to his ATB segments when in the Warrior fit.

The bottom of the logo in the title has some digital distortion or smear on it, whatever it's called. Either way, that's an interesting detail.
