Sky go judder Xbox one s sky sports only

Good evening all

Has anyone been able to solve the juddering on sky sports on sky go with Xbox one s

I have tried everything such as ensuring 50hz is set, 720 dpi instead of 1080

But it still judders

Any other tips would be great as it's driving me mad!
