Retention department lied

Retention department promised the 5 year $40 guarantee plus a $10 month loyalty discount for 12 months. Instead the $10 loyalty is all that I’m receiving and several frustrating calls later I’m being told I can only be offered the $40 for 1 year. I requested they pull the previous call recording and give me what I was promised. Modmail said I need a public post to open a ticket… here goes nothing.
