seattle to seoul business class

So I flew from Seattle to Seoul on the new business class. The service and amenities were good but the business class left a lot to be desired. I requested un upgrade using upgrade certificates. Upgrade wasn’t confirmed until I boarded and was seated in Economy. After the flight was fully boarded, an FA came over with a new boarding pass and moved me to the business cabin. So not sure if it used my upgrade certificates or I got that upgrade due to my Titanium status.

The good:
- friendly FAs and it was a nice vibe
- the amenities were good

Not so good:
- the seat is cramped, especially around the legs. I’m 6’2” and my feet were in contact with the sides the whole time. Felt really tight.
- I ordered a special meal in economy. Apparently they didn’t have the special meal I ordered so they couldn’t give it to me in Business. The business meal was really sub par. The one good thing was the salt and straw ice cream.

It has an opportunity to be a premium business class option but they really need to up their game on their food.
