Advice needed!!! Bloody poo

I am so sorry to have to ask this, but i am a college student who has 3k words due in the morning, and my cat just had a bloody poop. He is 1 year old, he is eating, running around, acting normal, chipper, and happy as ever. I will absolutely take him to the emergency vet if necessary and have the funds to do so, but my very important and expensive classes that i cannot retake are also on the line here. If it can wait till the morning, i can and will take him in first thing.
