Customer Service Rant

I had a technician visit today June 7th. They couldn't fine the media panel(?) in my apartment and left. I have been trying to reschedule but the customer support on the chat is not helping me and only trying to get me to activate the mobile line. The Vansh, Ayush, and Pranit has done nothing but make my night more stressful. They will stop responding randomly and never get the issue at hand resolved. This is the most frustrating customer service interaction I have ever had in my life.
