Help me figure out what book this is!

Can you help me figure out what book this could be?

One of my library customer's is looking for a book they read about 15 years ago. It doesn't sound familiar to anyone at my library. This is the information she provided.

Adult romance/suspense.

- FMC is successful/wealthy (only child I think)
- I think she’s a photographer but I’m not confident
- She meet a guy who only wants her for her money.
- She doesn’t want a child but he manipulates their birth control and gets her pregnant (I’m pretty sure its so that he can use the child to gain access to her fortune, he might have been planning to murder her after the baby is born)
- One day she falls off a ladder and loses the baby and bad guy verbally berates her and blames her, she’s sitting on her bathroom floor during this I think (while horrible, I remember her not having his kid being a good thing).
- The end of the book is a happily ever after where she’s no longer with the bad guy and I think she finds someone else. The new guy might have kids, teenagers or older?
