Hazardous electrical post

Hi, I hope someone here can help me. I have an easement and there's a power post in my back yard that has been deemed hazardous by the electric company and may fall any day. They've come and moved the utility equipment to a new post that was installed right next to it but the cable companies equipment is still on the old wanky post. I've been trying to get someone from Xfinity to come and move their equipment to the new post but nobody has been able to help me. Who do I need to talk to get this resolved before some damage is done? I'm not a current customer so I can't use the online forum
