How often do you do LSD?

About to do my first this weekend, I'm really excited and curious! I'll take 100 mcg.

I've used psilocybine in the past multiple times, but I always underdosed. So never really had a "full" trip, just some mild bodyload and light visuals.

Is there a golden rule for how much time you should leave inbetween uses, in terms of tolerance?
