I'm not a student but whenever I work from home, I love going to a coffee bar for a couple of hours to do some work. It's good for my mindset and focus. I don't mind at all ordering at least five coffees and two pastries.

Madmum used to be my go to place, but not so long ago they added these stickers on their tables asking laptop workers not to sit down and I also got some rude remarks from staff.

Any recommendations for other places?

I am working at the university and currently renting a renovated studio at 850 euries a month, all-in (water, electricity, internet). Not bad at all, though the studio is rather small in size, and feel like the lack of space has a negative influence on my well-being. I am thinking about moving to an apartment, but could use some indication on how much I should spend on it.

Lately, the last two months, my recreational drug (mainly cocaine, 3-mmc, weed) use has gotten out of hand. I have broken my own rules multiple times, I have used way more often than I would allow myself, also very impulsively. I feel like I have lost control, and I want to get it back, since it is messing up with my emotional and physical state, and life in general. It is not fun anymore.

I ran out of all my stuff so it's the perfect momentum.

Any tips on how to handle regaining control, from your experience? I have a hard time finding back the joy and purpose in the work and side activities I do. I also feel 'stuck' in my appartment, a context which is linked to my ni

Disclaimer: I am not being blackmailed right now, but what I experienced relates to it, and need a place to write this out, since I don't know anybody to turn to. I hope this okay here.

29 M here.

Two days ago, a friend and I decided to experiment with drugs. We did it IV. (I don't struggle with addiction.)

On Telegram, through a group, we were approach by a guy who was at that time using himself and asked to videocall while injecting together, and to play around a bit. In the heat of the moment, I went along. Most of the time I had my phone in hand, through which we were calling, and I made sure my face wasn't visible. Although I can't be 100% sure it was ne

A buddy and I did about six injections over the course of the night. I'm currently on harm reduction, including sleep, liquids, healthy foods, I also took some weed and a benzo to ease the comedown.

What I was wondering, is if injecting 3-mmc causes irreversible brain damage, especially compared to other routes of administration?

Also, unfortunately I broke a rule of myself to at least keep a minimim of 3 months inbetween using. I use it recreationally 3 times max a year. My last use was however only a month ago. Does thIs increase the risk of brain damage?

I got four pills of 10 mg each from a friend. How much would I need to take (oral) for a good stimfapping session? I have zero tolerance.

(I could combine it with LSD as well, but perhaps might be best to take it on itself to see how I respond to it.)

How often do you do LSD?

About to do my first this weekend, I'm really excited and curious! I'll take 100 mcg.

I've used psilocybine in the past multiple times, but I always underdosed. So never really had a "full" trip, just some mild bodyload and light visuals.

Is there a golden rule for how much time you should leave inbetween uses, in terms of tolerance?
