Need recommendation for family of 3

So my husband and I are in our late twenties with a baby that’s a few months old. We both are in trades, me a barber and him an auto body painter. We’re looking to move from coastal Massachusetts to somewhere cheaper we can have more kids and comfortably raise a big family with a lot of land that’ll be good for mostly his profession. Only thing we really care about is

-affordability
-safety
-peaceful/quiet
-community

We are flexible with the weather, we don’t mind cold winters. We’re not super political and get along with anyone. We don’t need a million restaurants or shopping areas. We’d prefer just nice places to go camping and canoeing on the weekends.
