Do you carry a wallet? If so do you have cash in it?

Ive discovered most of my friends walk around with only apple pay and don't have any sort of wallet, some have the lil pockets on their phones for their license but none of them ever have cash which is wild to me 😭 i always try to keep around 300 cash (i only use my cards for gas i pay everything else cash)2 cards my drivers license and id in my wallet. Do you keep a wallet? What are the contents
