Nightmare with the U400 and Home Assistant

I got a U400 yesterday and it's been an absolute nightmare trying to get it to work with Home Assistant. I have it setup in the app over bluetooth and that works fine. I have it setup in Apple Home via an Apple TV and that works fine. I've had the worst time getting it into Home Assistant via Matter and once I do it get added, it shows as unavailable after about an hour or so. I've tried resetting the lock, removing it from Apple home and re-adding it, removing it from Home Assistant and re-adding it, the result is always the same, it drops to unavailable after a short while. Even when it's unavailable in Home Assistant it still works vi bluetooth and Apple Home. I'm on the latest firmware (3.1.1.0).

Has anyone else had this experience? How did you resolve it?
