I'm hoping to find a local doctor for my TRT, I was initially planning on just going the online route but since my tests came back at 165 ng/dl I'd like to see a professional locally rather that some clinic that will prescribe to just about anyone. I've called a few doctor's offices and their soonest appointments are 5-6 months out.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a doctor in the DC area?

Is there a way to better indicate what movie/show/etc. is currently selected when browsing through them on tvOS? The selection is so subtle that it's hard for me to tell what movie/tv show I'm on.

I'm looking for a urologist that can help with TRT. My PCP has been overly reluctant to even test me so I got tests done on my own and my levels are in the basement. Can anyone recommend a urologist for this? I went to the urology clinic at GW MFA and they barely let me get a word in edgewise. They simply wrote a prescription for low dose Cialis and sent me on my way. In general I've never had that great of an experience with GW MFA doctors so I'd like to avoid them if possible.

I'm thinking of getting an R2 assuming I can get a charger installed. I live in a condo building so it might be cost prohibitive to have one installed. We have "right to charge" laws where I live so I'm not concerned with the HOA board. What I'd like to know is, how long does the wifi hotspot stay on once you've been parked for a while? Most of the chargers I've seen have a wifi component and being in a parking garage my home wifi won't reach. Can I just use the R2's hotspot or does it eventually shut off?

I'm thinking of moving some assets to IBKR to take out a margin loan for a piece of property and I'm wondering how paying the interest works. If I transfer cash into my account does it automatically get applied to the margin loan itself or does it sit there as cash and the interest automatically deducted from it at the beginning of the month when the interest is posted to my account?

I got a U400 yesterday and it's been an absolute nightmare trying to get it to work with Home Assistant. I have it setup in the app over bluetooth and that works fine. I have it setup in Apple Home via an Apple TV and that works fine. I've had the worst time getting it into Home Assistant via Matter and once I do it get added, it shows as unavailable after about an hour or so. I've tried resetting the lock, removing it from Apple home and re-adding it, removing it from Home Assistant and re-adding it, the result is always the same, it drops to unavailable after a short while. Even when it's unavailable in Home Assistant it still works vi bluetooth and Apple Home. I'm on the latest firmware (

I took 1mg around 4:00 PM, it kicked in around 5:30 PM. Ever since then it's been up and down, up and down. I so much think about it and back up it goes. It's 9:15 PM and I'd just like to relax.

The longer I've been on zepbound the worse my gas and bloating seems to be, it's most uncomfortable in the mornings but I'm farting all day long. I've tried Gas-X and that dies ok but I'm hoping for something better. What are people taking to help with the gas?

I've been on 5mg for the past month and the side effects are a bit much compared to the 2.5mg and I think the 2.5 was doing ok and I probably shouldn't have gone up. Has anyone decreased their dose with call on doc and how did you do it? Do you just put a note somewhere? Thanks!!

Hi, I'm currently finishing my first month of 5mg and have had more side effects than when I was on 2.5mg. They're nothing too terrible, but I'm going on vacation next week starting the day after shot day. I was thinking of doing 2.5mg for next week rather than 5mg in the hopes that I'll have fewer side effects so I can better enjoy my vacation. Does anyone see any issue with this? I'd just sacrifice the remaining 2.5mg in the vial to the Zepbound Gods.

I bought a Windmill Air fan that is based on an ESP32, I'm trying to get it to work with ESP Home and Home Assistant. The fan works by setting different frequency's per speed and has a constant duty cycle of 50%. There are five LEDs, one for each speed the fan has. If the fan speed is 2, then the first two LEDs light up, etc. I have everything working with the exception of LED 1. From a fresh boot, I can control the LEDs manually and they all react as they should. Once I turn the fan itself on, the LEDs light up as expected. However, once I turn the fan off, LED 1 stays lit, even though in the UI it shows as being off. LED 1 is the only one that has this behavior. I'm hoping it's just some

I get t on the scale this morning and was up a pound from what I was yesterday and it was very unexpected and frustrating. I had some constipation that resolved itself yesterday and I hadn't eaten much yesterday and also pooped this morning before getting on the scale. How in the world could it have gone up?!? Discouraged, I got back on the scale and was down 2.5lbs from the first reading!! I weighed myself a couple more times and they were all about the same as the second reading I had gotten. Moral of the story, if your scale number doesn't make sense or you have a large spike/drop, hop back on and make sure the results are consistent.
