My cat just had something like a seizure

My cat just started suddenly moving it was like he wanted to sneeze few times a second but also scratch themself. I quickly moved him from the window to my bed because i didn't want him to fall out and the bed was the softest thing in my room. It continued for good half a minute i went to the kitchen and grabed his bowl of water and when i came back he pooped and pissed not much but still. After the movement stopped he started to meowing really loudly and had troubble standing.

My dad thinks from overheating but i doubt that since he was literially sitting next to wide open window and it was a chilly night and not sure what to do.
Its past 1am so can't really take him to the vet.

Im 20 and i had him since i remember tho i have to admit im not sure what gender they are i assume its a male and i know that they are either sterylized or castrated.

Help would be much apriciated since i have no idea what happend.
