The Haunted Doomland V2 - An update based on testing & Chaos Origins
Since the last post I've played roughly 200 games online and at my local Genesys nights. Made a ton of changes.
I think deck in Genesys meta is legitimately strong.

Hypergeometrics are crazy complex - but ran the numbers in 3 different simplified ways and ended up at the same spot. First is simplfied calcs with approximations / assumptions for start overlaps / opponent hand traps (flawed, obvious approximation). Second is through playtesting & my notes from each game, which is flawed in that I've been making tweaks the entire way through which adds bias. Third - I made Claude create a model with a 34 line action priority list, and then had claude fetch every competitive Genesys deck in any format ever published and used those numbers / percentages to adjust the number of engines that resolved.
All three obviously flawed methodologies - but they ended up in the same spot by every metric +/- 5%, so I think they are pretty close to the truth.
I think Zombies are legitimately strong in this format.
