me and my roommate are students at ut austin and we had signed a lease at the Standard at Austin (student housing) but due to some reasons we will no longer be able to continue with the lease. we are looking for two people to take over our lease and here are the details:

- $1,200.00/month per person ($1,375.00/month per person originally)

- "University Market" located inside the building, which sells all the basic commodities + mini pizza hut + shawarma + milk shakes + other food items
- roommates is all upto you (any genders)
