me and my roommate are students at ut austin and we had signed a lease at the Standard at Austin (student housing) but due to some reasons we will no longer be able to continue with the lease. we are looking for two people to take over our lease and here are the details:
- It's a 12 month lease, starting from August 18, 2026 - July 31, 2027.
- It's a 1 bed/1 bath double occupancy
- 643 sqft
- $1,200.00/month per person ($1,375.00/month per person originally)
- 17th floor + double-height ceiling
- Located in West Campus about 0.18 miles from ut austin (~4-5 min walk)
- "University Market" located inside the building, which sells all the basic commodities + mini pizza hut
i was wondering how is the web based version of mis302f compared to in-person? is there an attendance policy or is grading any different?
i personally don't believe in college consultants and i think they're a complete scam and very business oriented and i didn't even have one when i was applying to college 2-3 years ago. however, i heard about this very underrated college help org for my younger sister and omg they're a blessing!
they're two cs undergrads from ut austin who offered constructive and helpful feedback on everything, including internship recs too. it ended up being super helpful and way less stressful for her.
if you’re feeling overwhelmed, know there are students out there who’ve been through the process and can give solid guidance without making it a big business thing. just wanted to share in case it helps a

as current freshmen at ut austin, for biology and comp sci, my roommate and i would like to extend our most humble apologies for the bs class of 2029 had to go through. we greatly empathize with yall and do not appreciate this behavior in any sort of way. because of that, we have come to a conclusion of helping yall out by walking 20 mins from our dorm to the admissions office so we can manually accept everyone in our hearts.
but jokes apart, sorry yall have to go through this i promise ut isnt as shitty
