Day Six of a back molar extraction. is this normal?

hiya! my extraction site had been healing perfectly fine but this morning i woke up and the whitish yellow film over the blood clot had entirely disappeared, instead the hole looks just dark red but i can still see the blood clot in there. i don’t think it’s bleeding as when i woke up i couldn’t taste any blood and it seems stable.

is that okay? should i be concerned? i thought the whitish stuff would be there until it fully closed so i had a massive shock when i saw it and im freaking out. can i still do salt water rinses or without the protection will the blood clot fall out?
